Just to clarify that I did not accept the replacement ticket and did NOT go to the concert.
You have to take the replacement, which can be a lot worse than what you paid for. If not, you will not be able to get a refund.
My replacement ticket was the worst section, a backside seat with an obstructed view, whereas I paid for the center front seat, which was $270 per ticket. Customer care never solves my issue; I called 5 times already and received no reply on the matter.

Tickets did not disclose no view clear misrepresentation. Stubhub cancelled my char 3 times in attempt to resolve the issue.

Hello, I cant log into my via go go account. I also bought tickets to Jelly Roll.
Somebody was trying to buy them off me. Im not trying to sell them. I want my tickets.
You canceled my tickets I was buying for my daughters birthday! Her first ever concert and they refunded my money and I lost my tickets because of them being cancelled this is *** if you ask me I will never use that service ever again

Less than 24 hours notice of concert cancellation and date change
We received notice by email the night before the Toronto Aerosmith concert that Steven Tyler could not perform due to a vocal cord issue. That was sad to hear, but we understand.
What we don't understand is that we cannot request a refund for our tickets. We have no choice in the new concert date and cannot attend the date it is reschedule for.
This is not the first time this has happened to me. Our only option is to try and re-sell the tickets we purchased, which is very challenging to do. They are great seats and we paid a premium for them.
It is unlikely we will get our money back.
There should definitely be something in place for situations like this for refunds. We were in Toronto... we received a notice hours before the concert... not a day or two...
and the new concert is now scheduled during Family week which is time we spend with our kids. We cannot attend.
With less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, they Viagogo should definitely be offering cancellations. Even the seller of the tickets through Viagogo was in contact with me to let me know to ask for a refund and transfer the tickets back so he can resell them. He is willing to do that, but I cannot receive a refund.
It is unreasonable to think a family can just drop everything and spend $ on flights a second time to attend a concert that was cancelled and then rescheduled for a date months away. Ridiculous!

Scammers
It took me over a year to get my refund on tickets that were never issued to me , and I had to buy new ones , at the event, which I drove six hours to get to.
They are disgusting and rip off people daily.
They should be shut down .

I dont understand why the tickets are going to be delivered on 22 June when the festival is on 23 June, and I still have to travel six hours to get to Ottawa from Sudbury.. this is making me very cautious as I already booked a hotel and made plans during the day for shopping.
Why cant I have online tickets that I can print out and show? Why do they have to be sent to me by UPS and North UPS is always late..

Ticket attachment wrong
We had purchased tickets to see the Peterborough Pete's play in London and all the information was correct in the email except for the attached ticket being for the wrong game and a week later.When calling and dealing with the customer service reps, they were very apologetic regarding the incorrect tickets being attached and tried very hard to fix the situation!
In the end, new tickets were purchased at the event to get in and the money will be reimbursed within 5 to 8 days and an email confirmation within 24 hrs they stated!
Fingers crossed everything comes through otherwise they will be receiving more phone calls!!
All in all, great service on their end in trying to rectify the situation!

Verified ReviewerInvalid credit and deactivating my account
After filing on this site approx 10 days ago, I received an email outlining the original access code and ultimately credit voucher due to Covid cancellation. Under Viagogos instruction I took the first step to login into my account, however, had the incorrect password, so I tried the Login via Facebook button and still got incorrect login information.
Unsuccessful, I hit forgot my password and never received a password reset email.
Viagogo has since replied saying there is now a security issue and that theyve deactivated my account and that I no longer have access to it.
This is despicable customer service. I simply wish to have a credit to my credit card or actual help so that I can use the credit voucher and be done with my account on Viagogo.
